Drinks Menu

At On The Rocks, we like to keep things interesting. Our cocktails are a little unexpected — the sort of serves that make you raise an eyebrow, take a sip, and instantly go back for more. We use the best ingredients we can find, treat them with care, and aren’t afraid to get creative with techniques to bring out their full potential. Whether it’s a drink that steals the spotlight or one that charms with quiet elegance, everything we serve is made to surprise and impress in equal measure.

Purple Raspberry

A vibrant twist on a classic french martini using fresh raspberries and violette liqueur, with added hints of pineapple and vanilla.

Green Honey

A vibrant green cocktail using honey tequila and melon liqueur with notes of pineapple, apple and passionfruit. you wouldn't think it works, but trust us, it does.

Lychee & Rose Martini

A sophisticated cocktail that is as light as it is refreshing, using vodka and premium lychee liqueur. With notes of apple, and a subtle hint of rose for a floral depth.

Foamy Blueberry Aviation

A great twist on the classic aviation- using fresh blueberries, gin, Violette and cherry liqueur. Topped with our signature blueberry foam!

Sour Apple

Your favourite popworld shot turned into an extravegent cocktail- strong apple flavours with a hint of sweet melon, shaken with foamer for a silky texture and balance.

Spicy Pineapple Marg’

A spicy twist on the classic margarita, with the addition of homemade pineapple syrup and chilly infused tequila for a fiery kick, finished off with a tajin rim- a popular choice!

Yuzu Highball

A whiskey bourbon cocktail, topped with oolong tea, hint of peach, finished with a homemade yuzu foam- don't knock it till you try it!

Clarified Pina Colada

Your favourite drink to sip by the beach- a classic pina colada using pineapple, coconut, and white rum- clarified to give it a more full-bodied, velvety texture.

Rum ‘on the rocks’

Our signature rum old fashioned, created by fat washing your favourite rum with high quality coc0nut oil, with subtle pineapple notes for a tropical finish.

‘OTR’ Zombie

A must have for every cocktail menu- something strong with lots of rum! Using spiced and aged rum, shaken with mango and pineapple and a splash of grenadine.

Peanut Butter Banana ball

One of our favourites! An old fashioned using peanut butter whiskey, banana liqueur and bitters, finished bruleed banana slice caramelised with demerara sugar. 

Strawberry and Basil Negroni

A fruity twist on the classic negroni, using strawberry infused campari, basil infused gin, and italicus for a hint of bergamot.
